About your Teacher:

Rachael Pinks is an accredited mindfulness teacher who began her mindfulness training with ‘Breathworks’ during the pandemic. Nature became her biggest resource during this difficult time when she was living alone: feeling isolated and at times anxious. Nature had a lasting impact on her and opened her eyes to it’s natural healing powers. Rachael spent most of her childhood immersed in nature (her parents were market gardeners) and it was often her sanctuary. Breathworks is a leading UK charity who train individuals, from across the world, to become mindfulness teachers. They also provide a wide range of mindfulness courses too.
