Foraged Winter Door Swag with Rachael Pinks 17th Dec 1-5pm £40
The perfect antidote to what can be a stressful time of year – join us by the log burning stove for an afternoon creating a festive door swag for the home, made of foraged foliage, hedgerow finds and garden materials in a truly natural style. All materials will be provided, including those you might find in the garden or hedgerow such as ivy, bracken, grasses, garden foliage. The swag is made so as to be completely recyclable - you can return it to the woodland or place it in your recycling bin…
The afternoon will include a walk in local woodlands, nourishing mindfulness practices: guided meditation, simple mindfulness tips and will leave you feeling relaxed and hopefully content too..
Includes a glass of mulled apple juice and a mince pie.
