A Space to Transform - blending the transformative power of creativity and mindfulness in a day long mini retreat led by Rachael Pinks a qualified and experienced facilitator in the creative expressive arts & mindfulness.
The new year is filled with so much potential and possibility - This day long workshop will enable participants to have a space to reflect, explore, express, create & look towards the next 12 months: Using the theme ‘Transformation’ we’ll look at aspects of ourselves and/or our lives that we wish to change & develop as we step into this new year.
We will then explore some valuable tools and creative techniques that can support us to bring about the desired change that we are seeking. And find our next move/first steps in the process of transformation.
The day will include - mindfulness practices, guided meditations, creative explorations/creative journalling, group reflection/discussions, intention setting, lunch, refreshments, and a closing ritual.
No previous experience in a creativity or mindfulness is needed. Just a sense of playfulness and curiosity.
The benefits of participating in this workshop include - self empowerment, gaining tools and techniques to bring about change, space to decide & plan your first step, creation of a visual record/journal as a reminder of your intention to create meaningful change. Plus you’ll receive a day full of support, nurturance, active listening, relaxation, self expression, creativity & connection - alongside the transformative power of the arts and mindfulness to promote and increase our health and wellbeing.
